The story of the album

QiGong Waves is the oriental album of Frecuencia Viva 432. A deep-voiced guqin, a guzheng that runs like water over stones, the xiao bamboo flute, the erhu and the pipa, and temple bells sounding in the distance, among mountain streams, wind in the pines and lotus ponds.

Each piece grows from a Solfeggio frequency, from the 174 Hz of Mountain Stillness to the 963 Hz of Cloud Summit, and they all share one signature: a 174 Hz drone that breathes slowly, once every 4.29 seconds, one bar of the music, so your breath can move with the movement.

The qigong tradition speaks of three centres, the dantian: in the lower belly, in the chest and between the eyebrows. Golden Dantian, Lotus Heart and Inner Moon travel through them, and the Solfeggio tradition links each frequency to an area of the body and an intention, from the grounding of the earth to the unity of the summit. Listen in order, slowly, as one complete practice.

What the Ritual Edition adds

Everything in the standard version, plus the 30-minute session of every piece on the album: 9 continuous sessions made from the same music, one per frequency. Each one is heard in two 15-minute blocks:

  • The music extended, with its frequency sounding continuously from start to finish.
  • Water and a gong in the key of the session.
  • Every 15 minutes, a one-minute pause with no music: just the frequency, the water and the gong, which sounds every 15 seconds.
  • FLAC 24-bit / 48 kHz and MP3 320 kbps, with notes for each session (TXT).

Each session FLAC file is about 0.4 GB (about 3.4 GB in total): they download one by one, outside the ZIP.
