Products

Digital audio files (FLAC and MP3) and PDF sheets, for personal use. Prices are shown in euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD) and you are charged in the currency displayed at checkout.

Payment and delivery

Payment is made through Stripe Checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, you receive a personal download link on the confirmation page. The link is valid for 72 hours and allows 10 downloads of each file. If it expires, you can request a new one with your email and order number by writing to us.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the purchase to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.

Exception for digital content (Article 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007): before paying, checkout asks you to tick a mandatory box by which you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download starts. If you gave that consent and have started downloading any file of the order, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. If you have not downloaded anything yet, you can still withdraw within the 14 days. We send you confirmation of your consent with your order email.

How to withdraw: email frecuenciaviva432@gmail.com with your order number (FV-…) and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw (you may use the EU model withdrawal form, but it is not compulsory). We will confirm receipt and disable the download link.

Refunds

We refund withdrawals within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method, at no cost to you. If a file is faulty or does not match its description, write to us: we will replace it or, if that is not possible, refund you, regardless of whether you have downloaded it.

Disputes

Please contact us first at frecuenciaviva432@gmail.com; we reply within 72 hours. If you open a chargeback or a refund is issued, the order’s download link is disabled. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
