What data we process and why
- Purchases: your email address and billing details, to deliver your downloads and issue the invoice. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe; we never see or store your card details.
- Free download (Coherence): your email address, language, the date and, if any, the channel you came from (e.g. Instagram), to give you the free download. We keep it for up to 2 years from your last download, or until you ask us to delete it.
- Newsletter: only if you tick the (unticked) box, your email address together with the date and text of your consent, to send you news, at most once a month. You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time by writing to us or using the link in each letter. To prevent abuse we record a one-way hash of your IP address for 24 hours.
Legal basis
Performance of the purchase contract, compliance with legal (tax) obligations, your request for the free download (and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse) and your consent for the newsletter.
Retention
Purchase data for the periods required by tax law. Newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
Recipients
Stripe (payments), Google (Gmail, which handles our email correspondence), and Vercel (hosting and secure storage of order records, download links and files). Some may process data outside the EEA with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to frecuenciaviva432@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
Cookies
This site only uses technical storage: two cookies that remember your language (fv_lang) and currency (fv_moneda) for one year; a first-party source cookie (fv_src) that, only when you arrive through a link with ?src= or utm parameters (such as the one on our Instagram or TikTok profile), keeps for 30 days which link you came from so we know which network brought an order, without identifying you; and local storage for your cart. It uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics.
