What the Ritual Edition adds

Everything in the standard version, plus a continuous 30-minute session made from the same music. Designed to be heard in two 15-minute blocks:

  • The music extended, with its frequency sounding continuously from start to finish.
  • Water and a gong in the key of the session.
  • Every 15 minutes, a one-minute pause with no music: just the frequency, the water and the gong, which sounds every 15 seconds.
  • FLAC 24-bit / 48 kHz and MP3 320 kbps, with notes for the session (TXT).

The session FLAC file is about 0.4 GB: it downloads on its own, outside the ZIP.

The piece

Inner Moon is a piece for quiet inner attention. A soft, breathy melody on a low bamboo xiao floats over guqin harmonics, like small points of light. Now and then a single crystal singing bowl rings, over a quiet mountain lake and a soft breeze.

It is written in A minor pentatonic at a very slow, free tempo, with A tuned to 432 Hz. The arrangement unfolds slowly, with long natural space around every note. Beneath the melody, a 174 Hz drone breathes once every 4.29 seconds: the signature of QiGong Waves.

The Solfeggio tradition considers 852 Hz the frequency of intuition and inner clarity, linked to the point between the eyebrows (the upper dantian of qigong) and the third eye chakra. Theories of vibration and resonance associate this frequency with cellular regeneration in that specific area.
