Wellbeing notice. This is relaxation and wellbeing music. It is not a medical treatment and does not replace any treatment or the advice of a healthcare professional. The intentions behind each frequency come from tradition and from the composer’s own approach, not from clinical evidence. Please don’t listen while driving or operating machinery.
The piece
Renewal walks forward at an easy pace: a fingerpicked nylon-string guitar carries a simple, hopeful melody while a warm string quartet holds long, soft notes and a harp adds touches of light, like morning sun on water.
Three minutes to let something new begin, without rushing.
The Solfeggio tradition links 285 Hz to healing and renewal: the body’s own capacity to restore and regenerate itself, and a fresh start after a hard time.
About the genre terms. “Healing”, “restore” and “regenerate” are expressions from the Solfeggio tradition, not medical claims: this music does not cure or regenerate anything.
