Wellbeing notice. This is relaxation and wellbeing music. It is not a medical treatment and does not replace any treatment or the advice of a healthcare professional. The intentions behind each frequency come from tradition and from the composer’s own approach, not from clinical evidence. Please don’t listen while driving or operating machinery.
The piece
Change flows like a river turning a bend: a solo violin sings a simple, memorable melody over flowing harp arpeggios, while a soft felt piano answers each phrase. The piece slowly opens, then returns to stillness.
Under three minutes to get things moving again.
In the Solfeggio tradition, 417 Hz is RE, the tone of change: undoing stuck situations, letting the old go and making room for what comes next. It is linked to the sacral centre, the seat of creativity and vitality.
