Wellbeing notice. This is relaxation and wellbeing music. It is not a medical treatment and does not replace any treatment or the advice of a healthcare professional. The piece
Root opens slowly, then settles: a soft string quartet holding long notes, a warm solo cello and a gentle handpan. Underneath, a pure 435 Hz tone runs from beginning to end, mixed to be felt rather than heard.
Three slow minutes to feel the ground under your feet before the day gets going.
435 Hz has real history: in 1859 France made it the official pitch for the note A, the first national tuning standard, long before 440 Hz took over. MEBEHZ wrote Root around one intention: positive change, stability and growth. Old roots, new growth.
